How do people be learning so much

People who make BOTB threads especially about chemistry and biology in the human body how do you find your studies and especially know if they are up to date. Even if you find a good study it could have become obsolete in the last couple years. Also how do the biology wizards know how so many systems work especially in synchronization, like the diagrams make no sense to me id have to translate them step by step to undertstand them.

I know this is an IQpill you dont have to tell me Im just wondering how to get more scientifically literate and i think this could be helpful for people on the forum to stop being retarded

when you rot on a forum enough, you start getting interested in the science background behind things & start finding pubmed studies actually interesting.

also all those people desperately crave internet points and admiration of others on the internet even tho it has 0 meaning to their life

quite literally just interesting for alot of us

just searching up studies on x topic and reading thoroughly and read A LOT of the same topics and then evalute the best possible outcome with logic and understanding from unbiased sources that give out terms and definitions
