Seriously

It feels like everything i do in life is just a decision, rather than a routine behaviour that i built over a repeated number of days-weeks until it became something i do subconsciously

I feel as if i just procrastinate EVERYTHING i do, nothing is a “habit”

You dont “build” habits they just come on naturally as u self improve

Elaborate
When you are set to achieve a goal, like getting to a low bf for example, you start building these tiny “habits.” Eating clean, proper hygiene, good posture etc

hope that makes sense, self improvment comes with positive habits

Action becomes easier to perform as you do it more often. The speed at which this happens is mediated by neuroplasticity.

I think its like an intricate thing that comes of off it itself so if u repetitively do a thing its just called a habit

This also takes multiple weeks of consistency to achieve

Plus you said these are things you build as you set the goal, but you also said previously that you dont build habits

Is my adhd partly to blame as to why i find that ive never really built a habit?

It feels like everything i do is a decision, rather than something subconsciously where its as if you wouldnt even have to think about it

otherwise i will find ways to procrastinate by doing other things, or just laying around doing absolutely nothing

My sleep isnt consistent at all, i mean its 4am right now where im at

Id say im consistent with my diet, i may purge sometimes but besides that i generally stick with the same foods every single day.
The issue is more so when i actually have my meals, im not consistent with the timings and its a decision where i have to force myself to cook / eat

Fitness id say is also a similar story with my diet. Where im decently consistent with going, may sometimes have days where i miss because i either forgot, procrastinated it or never made the decision to go
But the issue is mostly with what times i go to the gym, im not consistent with that

Inconsistent sleep is bad, just like insufficient sleep.
That can lead to diminished neuroplasticity and even an mild Alzheimer-like state in your brain and insulin resistance in your body if prolonged.

And what kind of food do you eat? Do you do cardiovascular exercise?

*how

Is that why you have habits?
They aren’t habits. Why look at them as habits

If u want didscplije ur life is way happier when ur disciplined. People see fdiscoline as hard but it’s actually a fun and relaxing thing

You need consistency from ur sleep what u eat, gym etc. doe everything at the same time if u can sleep 8 hours daily eat only Whole Foods

Wake up every morning same time go outside and do everything with ur non dominant hand, look in urge mirror and say I love you 25 times start journaling

There is so many easy things to do to become succesful and also start reading

Mainly protein and healthy fats
I used to eat a lot more unhealthy calorie dense foods since it was an easy way to bulk but it looksminned me hard

I mostly do compound lifts and also cardio

Get your sleep in shape, is what I would say.

Also consider high intensity cardio, omega-3 fatty acids, quality lions mane, eutropoflavin (take in the morning since it's energizing per anecdotes, anecodotes say it can mess with you if taken for 3-4 weeks), and Semax.

thats gay
Yeah maybe for low iq faggots like you who eat slop all day and are depressed and will never achieve anything or make any significant money.

I’m glad you think that. I’m happy you don’t understand. You are the reason the successful ones stand out
