u dont have to get fat to put on muscle. ur not even that low BF% u look skinny fat, just eat protein when u do eat and hit the gym

You aint gonna bulk for shit with whole foods as an ectomorph. Dirty bulk and force feed for some months, get slow metabolism, and then return to healthy whole foods. Sacrifice a bit of health for mass.

I pre-make like 2kg of the sauce and freeze 1.5kg. Very easy to defrost it in the microwave, add some pasta+cheese, dinner served in 10 minutes (time it takes for pasta to cook). Sprinkle some cheese+basil on top and it looks like ur a pro-chef too.


Alternative dinner is 400grams of chicken stir-fried with some vegetables and a bit of pasta. Also ~1000kcal.


My life is very sedentary so I don't burn a lot of energy at all, but this leaves me incredibly hungry ngl. I drink A LOT of coffee to help with the hunger.

rice and lentils both are plant foods which have a large amount of fiber. fiber makes you satisfied. if you want to eat foods that dont satisfy you, eat foods low in fiber = processed foods and animal products.

I'm so confused. I also do cardio for like 40 mins a few times per week and lift weights a bit (not enough maybe)

Is 'starvation mode' a meme? Do I need to eat less calories? (reddit tells me to eat less to lose fat, and bodybuilding forums tell me i'm not eating enough so my body is holding onto fat)

I've kinda tried all kinds of diets. I'm starting to think that injecting T (even a lowish dose) is what I need to get lean.

Planning on starting fairly soon. Just like a TRT dose or something

Maybe it's all just genetics. Like my niece eats pure shit and probably like 2500 cals or so per day and she's a twig
