You mean in terms of Abrahamic religions, then for me it came through evangelising, being in a Christian community, going to church, and actually putting faith in God.

But if you mean those more “hippie” spiritual types, it’s usually things like drugs and similar influences, along with community. At the end of the day, the people you surround yourself with matter. If you’re around degenerates, you’re going to become one yourself.
