How do people even eat liver?

I love meat, I eat meat every day. I also love raw milk, but I despise liver. I can't even larp liking it, it's just so disgusting. I eat every single animals meat that you can name (lamb, beef, deer, chicken, birds, duck and so on) and drink a ton of milk but I feel like throwing up every time I eat liver. Seriously how do people like it?

Its cause they eat it not fresh i think. It still tastes ass but its way more bearable.

its a bit like jello just make sure you get it from the bucther and fresh (beef liver, not chicken)

If you eat a good quality cooked liver it’s really good and doesn’t taste so weird. It’s probably dry and shit tasting because you overcook it, if you overcook liver it’s disgusting
