I was tempted to go see a therapist the other day because I was losing my mind.

But I later realised that it would have been a big mistake. It looks promising, to have someone listen to you etc without bias. But trust me, male or female therapists will all have bias towards you and if you talk to them about what we talk about here then you will be in for a rude awakening when your topics of discussion move from confidentiality to potential security risk.

Then you end up in the nuthouse.

I was 2 years in therapy they don't tell you anything you arent already know to fix your issues.
Trust me.
Therapy is for dumb people or ignorant people. But even then it comes down to you making the change not the therapist.
