How do people have a good sleep schedule without feeling like NPC slaves

I don't think I've been able to maintain a good sleep schedule for more than a couple months. I just feel like slave, my day basically entirely evolves around some upper middle class job's schedule. Obviously not sleeping properly and having to go to work is worse, but the issue is that I can't sleep even though I want to be a good little goyim.

Bro I can control everything except for that. I locked in the gym, money, grooming, haircuts, style etc but I can't sleep idk
