Certain areas of the brain have different purposes, for example if you were to split a brain open there is an area that is dedicated to general genital feelings (fetishes or things that stimulate and arouse the genitals) and under that part of the brain is where you feel your feet so it’s easy for the two to get connected someway that’s why foot fetish is the most common fetish.
