How do people have horizontally long eyes?

Like Chico's eyes for example are horizontally stretched. Is it because of good under eye support from bones causing the skin around the eyes to stretch? Or is it just eye shape genetics? And if it's from bones, are there surgeries other than canthoplasty which change eye shape?

wide byzogamitc width widens your eyes horizontally and forward grown orbitals decrease vertical width and slightly increases horizontal width.

So you're currently bloated? Do Intermittent fasting for a couple weeks. i.e Do not eat for a 12-16 hour period in a day. You will lose fat fast. And if you eat any sugar cut down on that. Cardio helps by improving blood flow and metabolism.
