how do people know what to improve

following the title of the thread, i know some people have obvious flaws like acne or being short etc but if ur born without these then what do you improve like im pretty boneless but im not recessed, thats the only thing i know what to improve on, but i don’t even know how to fix it other than to reincarnate. if someone has like advice on what i should be improving on if im born into lmtn, that would help a lot. i know this thread sounds grey or lazy on my part but i need answers before i pursue something that doesn’t even matter

Get to 10-12% bodyfat

Improve skin and coloring

Improve hair

Improve body
