How do people see me irl`?

I look so different in mirrors and selfies than my front camera, or if i ask people how accurate a selfie is to how i look irl they often say it's not, but i don't know what to trust anymore.
I know a lot of people have this issue but does anyone have a solution? How do i know how i really look irl?
What photos/angles are the most accurate ones`?
