How do so many ugly ppl have the will to not give up?

I see some ugly folks spending a bunch of time on school work and extracurriculars for years then going to get a 9-6 job and even doing "productive" stuff afterwards, but all for what? They're ugly as fuck and won't get any quality women, so why does it matter? Are they really spending all that time in the state of pure misery just so they can get with some sub 5 uglie woman that will fantasize about Chad?? lmfaoo
