Make it bearable. It's hard to do things you don't enjoy. Maybe it won't be the most efficient studying, but at least you're studying.

I normally have some Youtube video going on. Also make sure to take breaks and jack off or something. Don't try to time the breaks. Come back when you feel ready.
If you're stressed and not "into" the studying, you're not able to efficiently retain the information.
Eventually you'll get better at studying.

Easy way is to find a subject that interests u, e.g for me it’s anatomy and physiology of the body that’s interesting. Hence why I can study for long periods of time in subjects in medschool. I could never do computer science tho cuz that stuff is really dull to me.

Other way is that the money you’ll earn in the future, will motivate u. Usually this isn’t that effective though, because we’re quite impatient, our brains have been programmed that we don’t wanna do a 3 yr CS course even though afterwards you’ll get that bread.
