HGH is a hormone and not a steroid technically. The way they could grow bones is just by upregulating growth pathways that already exist and function naturally in the body. It is very simple really. That is why it is called being "enhanced" because you are enhancing your already present signaling and production of certain compounds within the body. HGH is human growth hormone, just read the name nigga. Its hormone that makes the human grow. It signals to your liver to make IGF-1, which tells the cartilage at the ends of your bones (aka growth plates) to multiply and create new/more bone.

Test is harder to expplain but imma oversimplify it: it at first boosts hgh and igf-1, speeding up growth, but also over time converts to estrogen, which signals to your growth plates that they should fuse and stop growing permanently (close).
