I motivate myself by knowing that even the smallest softmax is slowly but steadily making me better looking, even if it‘s minuscule.
Such as skincare, haircare or just eating better.
Also a good motivator are my trimax and possible jaw angle implants in the future.
Even if I look ugly now, I don‘t see the current physical Me as real „Me“ yet.
So I don‘t take negative reactions towards my appearance even serious anymore.
