How do surgeries effect pheno?

Had this thought when I noticed many surgeries involve changing features to one closer to a specific race, forward growth tend to be a more Nordic feature (I.e with chin projection) would getting surgeries with blackpilled motivated goals lead to someone’s pheno changing.

From what Ive seen, surgeries that eliminate typical ethnic (non white) traits such as dark colored eyes, dark undereyes, buggy eyes, rhinoplasty make a person look more white or caucasoid to be specific.

Really nice line of thinking, totally agree with the eye area notion, eye area is one of the main thing that creates a delineation between races, e.g my brothers who are 3/4 white 1/4 black like myself don’t look mixed as they both have blue Hunter eyes while I have brown eyes with 0 undereye support, with negative hooding from my African heritage that make me look mixed and ethnic to some women.
