They have good bases and maintain or enhance their habits when stressed, perhaps out of compulsion
Hearing some of the stuff Hullos gf described about him (extreme insecurity/vanity and comparing himself to zeta) checks out, “moggers” in this space maintain their looks no matter what because they’re obsessed with them and have compulsive looksmaxxing habits (that nigga was rubbing ice all over his face whilst being interrogated for csam jfl)

Maybe a bit of puffiness and breakouts from stress but they do their best to mitigate it
