They will open it up remove everything then put it into a syringe, and then they will put the desired amount back in.

If you wanted theres no reason you wouldnt be able to have it done a second time if you wanted more removed, I guess if you wanted some put back in you would require fat grafting or something.

Does fat grafting yield in the original look? And do they take everything out first and then put it back in? Does the fat they put back in not scar?
