How do u avoid frauding in photos

I dont look subhuman in front camera and if im looking at myself on the screen and not the actual front camera lens

The second i look directly at the front camera lens or use my back camera i turn into this melted bug eyed freak

Wtf do i do which one do i acc look like

If i look not asymmetrical in mirror and no lower scleral show when looking into my own eye is that fine then if im asymetrical and showing scleral show in back camera

I'd say the the camera located at the back of your phone for the most part and mirror. The mirror is technically the best. But then again you are so used to what you see in the mirror it will be hard to see your actual flaws. The back camera will still for the most part accurately depict the dimensions of your face. Where as the selfie camera will heavily distort your face in most cases. (Don't listen to people that say that is cope)
