How do u cope / accept the fact that u r ugly

when i go out in public i stare at the ground with my head perpendicular to body so that people cant see my face but i still feel like everyone is looking at me and judging me and i dont like to look at people when i talk to them because i dont like them seeing my sub5ness . how do i stop doing this
