How do u fix a recesssed maxilla at 15 (no cope) open to orthodontic surgery etc.

I just need any suggestions on how to deal with a recessed maxilla while being 15 and having braces, I already had a palate expander but that only widened my maxilla, also i commonly mouth breathe during sleep is that a problem?

Yes ask random people on the internet instead of just consulting with a surgeon, which you NEED to do anyway if you REALLY want to get this surgery.

Mouth breathing while you sleep is a problem and is probably what led to your current situation (in combination with genetic). Get mouth tape for sleeping until you consistently breath through your nose while sleeping. If you can't breathe through your nose properly, you're a prime candidate for jaw surgery. Just go to your doctor and tell him that you can't breathe through your nose properly and you'll probably get something out of it.
