Lash serums use prostaglandins which cause orbital fat loss and hyperpigmentation. To fix the darkness, you need to increase blood flow to flush the area and use a gentle tyrosinase inhibitor like Vitamin C or Niacinamide to fade the pigment.

Most importantly, stop the serum immediately. The darkened look is often a sign of toxic stress on the skin tissue. If your eye area stays dark even after stopping, it's a sign your liver/kidney filtration is sluggish and can't clear the chemical byproduct.
