How do u guys look at women

It's weird having to ask this because I don't stare at women bc it feels like.. let's just say I'm a high T hunter and when I stare at women they can feel my bloodlust

But do you guys look at their eyes then quickly glance away or look at their eyes for a period then glace away

I've been inside the past months lookmaxxing like a true chad and haven't really seen women and the sun since today when lots of girls kept looking at me
