If this happens a lot, you can take a dopamine antagonist before going to bed. Also, if you have any on hand, you can take a beta blocker such as propranolol

well i know it forces you to be awake, it can stay active in your system for up to 15 hours, and 8 hours at minimum

it'll wear off in like max 2 hours, but only take it as soon as you wake up gang, its literally used for niggas with narcolepsy.

Over the next hour its effects will diminish a lot more, if you have some melatonin you can take a low dose, dim your lights on the PC/phone you're typing from right now until you're done, then lay down and meditate or breathe and you'll have higher chances to fall asleep. Your sleep quality might be lower tonight, so might as well try eating something (not too much), could help too. There's no real hack for this, and I'm not gonna recommend hypnotics.

Since im gonna have to be taking it at later times occasionally

you should eliminate other stimulants, like coffee.
also im pretty sure you can split the dose, by taking a portion in the morning and the remainder ***before*** noon, you can get the benefits and still have an easier time sleeping later.
but as for now im pretty sure you just gotta wait it out gang

Yeah this wont be a common occurrence so Propanol is prolly the better choice
