Like what's an obvious way to tell I've never had any issues consuming dairy but maybe it's bcs I haven't has enough for it to cause problems even with lactose intolerance idk I just wanna make sure I'm not lactose intolerant

The only time I feel anything from dairy is when I drink more than half a litre of pasturized milk and I feel a little bit of gas where could I get raw milk btw?
