how do u lock the progress of minoxidil?

i wanna use topical minoxidil for hair and eyebrows but i heard that if u stop using minoxidil, u start loosing (most of) the hair that u gained through it.
is that true and if yes how to u prevent it?
also which minox do u recommend, im thinking of a 5% spray

It is individual apply it after a week or so see if the hairs stay, for some it will for some might not, as for prevention you can't it either is terminal hair or if that doesnt work just keep using it, perhaps switch to oral minoxidil

that won't happen.
it will cause your hair to gradually return too its natural state before treatment (Minoxidil)
and you will lose hair but it is called hair shedding. it is the natural process of losing dead hairs from your scalp so new ones can grow. and meaning you will lose the extra hair gains btw!!!

But tbh it wont matter when you are a fully grown man with a wife and kids right? so use it to ascend when you are young. go for it brother. i started using minoxidil at 14 LOL so tbh it's not a big deal

There's no way to lock it. Minoxidil doesn't fix the underlying process, it keeps hairs in anagen longer while you use it. Stop and those hairs go back to where they would have been anyway, usually over three to four months.

So the real question isn't which product, it's whether you're fine using something daily for years. If you're not, don't start.
Also worth separating: if you're actually balding rather than just wanting thicker brows, minox alone is the wrong tool. It does nothing about DHT.
