It also depends on the kind of liver you buy.

You should either buy calfs liver or cow liver.

The liver of a lamb smells horrible and it's impossible to eat.

I love the taste of it. Make sure it’s non vaccinated antibiotic dewormered also organic fed and hormone injection free animals you get it from.

Then add seasoning like cream cheese if you wanna or whatever
