how do u maximize dopamine?

when u want that maximum dopamine spike what do you do? (inb4 have sex or have friends ok we dont all have that)

for me i try to maximize intake, so like i watch as many youtube vids as possible and dont have any silence and dont check my messages (nobody message me anyway), it boosts dopamine a lot.

Problem is that when you try to dopamine farm with the same things too often and for too long they get boring. My dopamine receptors feel completely fried
