How do unique qualities affect the PSL rating?

In the post about the PSL rating it is written about unique qualities but I can't find information about it. How do they affect the rating? What about heterochromia, vitiligo, albinism, dystichiasis?

There is subjectivity when it comes to preferences for certain unique traits, but PSL is mostly the measurement of facial harmony from what I seen. Others who give you a higher rating due to these traits which dont affect facial harmony don't know how to rate tbh.
