How do useless people exist?

I am a junior in high school, in a very racially diverse town. Throughout my high school, there are tons and TONS of students (who are mostly hispanic and black) who bring nothing but their phone to school, disrupt people who are trying to learn, and disrespect teachers and other adults. I truly wonder, what do these fucking low-life humans do? I cannot imagine a single way they contribute to society. They will grow up with no significance, no purpose, no impact, the exact same way they are now in high school. What in the world goes on in their minds? What could they possibly be fucking thinking? Are you guys also surrounded by these types of people? Would they be better off dead?

Respect to you and anyone that is academically focused and respects their teachers.

Useless individuals exist because they were raised and taught to be that way by bad parenting and bad influences. Some parents would rather give their child a phone or tablet with zero restrictions for the child's mental health and safety, and they expect the child to learn from that (it never goes well).
