I am silent most of the times and don't talk to people either,so I don't really get looks from girls.
I rarely get any looks from girls of my age.Most of the times it is surprisingly a positive reaction but at times girls find me very repulsive and choose to stay away from me in public.
I can confidently say that I am not that hideous considering girls don't go away from me and usually don't choose to speak anything bad about my looks either.

Do women get attracted towards you within seconds when they see you or do they give bad reactions/facial expressions by which you can tell they think you're pretty ugly ?

i was in the gym and to the left 45 degree of my angle there were 2 girls working out doing bicep curl with i guess 2.5kg dumbells lol i was walking straight and i could feel someone is staring at me (peripherial vision) i just rolled my eyes on one of the girls and as soon as we made eye contact she snapped away quickly
