How do yall cope with the feeling of being replaceable

So I'm basically im planning to ask a girl for her Instagram today cuz I've keep seeing her every monday and friday and i've seen her take slight interest in me and I feel like if everything goes right and we start dating after a month I feel like she will just find someone better like I'm still not fully lean I think I'm around 23-20 bf but I've been reducing my calories but that's not the point I just feel like no matter what I'll do eventually she will get bored of me idk why am thinking like this cuz i've never had a girlfriend nor talked to girls anyway I hope I don't chicken out cuz even if she rejects me I'll know she wasn't interested so I won't have to fantasize anymore nor have dreams about her how do y'all cope with this?
