I have the shittiest workouts ever when i eat junk food before my lifts tf:feelskek::feelskek:
I honestly don't see any changes when I do it. The caffeine blinds the side effects lol

how do u consume ur caffeine?
Pre?Energy drink?or straight up coffee

Lift light the day before but still lift, do 5 reps no weight 5 reps half the weight then work up increasing weight in amounts that feel ok doing 1 rep each time. Then if you fail at a point set your new benchmark to be 10% less and next week try again if you might have gotten better if you werent as tired from early attempts at lower weight

I have caffeine pills (200mg each) I usually do 2 and drink sum redbull shit. Or just 2.5 pills

ill js take a shot of 5 hour energy or sum and carb load 2 hours before

Put this stuff on and imagine yourself as a giant capable of lifting whatever weight you need to. Think of Rich Piana and think of it as lightweight.

What makes lifting light before ur pr day better than resting?
Increases neuromuscular strength. Keeps your body primed to push but lets it rest. Its also similar to this idea of active rest where you recover better doing light work than lazing around. And it lets you hone in your form the day before

Im a carb eater also, i eat like up to 5+ sandwiches and bowls of pasta:forcedsmile:

But yeah ive got a set if dumbells at home but i got a kink to workout chest using bodyweight exercises:feelshah:
