it's better to do your own research online or go through "synthesizers" like a handful of fitness influencers that aren't selling u a shit course like jeff nippard. also there are diff science articles with actual sources, authors, etc depending on what ur looking for.

once u have a good base of knowledge then you can go to LM for specific parts of shit
