How do you actually accurately measure bidelt with a tape measure?

Using a giant calliper is ideal like the picture below (ik theyre not measuring from delt to delt). im just curious how u guys are measuring urs cuz theres so many different methods like measuring from the back across the traps or from the front but they both are affected by how big ur traps/chest is. also if you wrap the tape across your front it lowk adds like an extra inch idk if u count that or na??

I m 61cm front, 61cm Back. I made my friend measure it, You can't actually measure it by yourself, well you can but it's very very hard to be accurate

Put the starting point of the tape on a shoulder, pass it all the way through the back, the other shoulder, your chest and back to the initial delt, that way you take into account thickness which matters in frame too

This is what i meant, if you just measure side to side bidelt width you wont get the added measure of the saggital plane which matters a lot
