How do you actually find flaws?

I know i’m not the most attractive guy but I’ve noticed that it’s hard to find flaws if they’re not easily recognisable. ( canthal tilt , negative brow tilt , Ginormous forehead are easily identified flaws) Do you just measure everything and try to find imbalances through ratios?

send picture in dms. other people can find your flaws much easier because theyre not used to youre face.

And if its not noticable instantly its a minor flaw and doesn't matter unless you have a shit ton of them
