how do you ACTUALLY improve eye area?

It usually happens at 14-16. You still have hope.
but is it like a big difference? like if i actually maximize my igf-1 and test can it actually be a noticeable difference? and also what about the zygos when do they grow the most

It will be different, of course, but what I’m saying is that it’s not gonna happen, your orbitals wont just change out of nowhere.

Easy, just softmaxx it (dying,growing,frauding). Most eye surgeries are risky anyways and u can’t do anything to save ur recessed orbitals

I have heard so many things like "volufiline" and "eye exercises" but they are all just cope, are there actually any softmaxxes that can GENUINELY improve your eye area?
minoxidil. nothing is gonna change your eye shape tho
 
Puberty and squinting.
so it is possible to have an insane noticeable difference, also can squinting be permanent? i heard people say if the muscle streches enough it just stays like that
 
you can make eyelashes and eyebrows more dense and longer but the only way to seriously ascend your eye area is to get surgery.

Squinting is strengthening the orb oculi muscles (the eyes muscles) thus making your eyes look more defined and masculine.

You can have insane noticeable changes if a miracle occurs yeah.

You can’t really do anything.

Just be healthy-
Workout, eat clean, move a lot, get sun exposure, you know , just the basics. This will allow you to maximize your genetic potential.

whats better? doing martial arts ( its what i do right now) but i have heard that lifting weights actually does way better for your bones, is it true? or do you think i should just try to do both or keep doing what im doing right now ( i do muay thai)

It won’t magically increase your bonemass, but it surely can help a bit while you’re in puberty.

i just want to know which one is better, because SOMEHOW all my coaches have insane cheeckbones and browridges.... it has to either be the getting hit or the mouthguard, but overall which is better for bones in your opinion

max out other stuff around the eye like eyebrows eyelashes or just reincarnate

im asking if you think that getting hit in the face and using a mouthguard can actually improve bones, and i also asked if you think that martial arts are better than lifting weights in terms of bone growth

alright ill do both but i feel like the "swelling'' thing is cope, tell me one reason how would your browridge would stay swollen like that even after years you stopped fighting and started teaching, i saw it in person, if you go to any martial arts gym you will notice the coach just has insane bones (if he has a fighting record) and its not that his eyebrows are "swollen"

Hardmaxxes: gambling with osteotomies, implants, and soft tissue work as always

it doesn’t work like that. In MMA if you workout hard you will only enhance your genetic potential due to a lot of activity.

But in the gym if you over train and working like a retard, you can stunt your growth. But it’s so easy to train like you need to train. Just do mild weights 3 times a week.

but when you combine that with mma its way harder dude, but look at the other thing i said

It will just give your bones trauma and it will be damaging your bone, not the opposite (Repeated trauma can lead to bone weakening or degenerative changes).

The coaches might have good bones but that’s not because of the hits they get, it’s because of Wrestling, grappling, lifting, and training loads.

from what i have seen all of my coaches have had insane bones but they also practice bjj which you did mention as grappling but yea
 
all orbital bones btw face finish growing later on tho too
