How do you ascend even if you’re a browncel?

Tell me what makes a man handsome to you, and which parts of me seem wrong or out of place. I ask not because I hate myself, but because I am trying to understand the rules you live by and to decide whether I should follow them and how I can simply become the best version of myself. Thankfully my skin is no darker than a tanned white man, my father is Brazilian and my mother is very pale in skin tone. I’m 6,3 and have a slight tan to my skin, the only reason I appear different than a tanned white male is because of my curly hair. How do I ascend myself to above average? Is it over?
