How do you avoid becoming a fagcell post surgery?

Ive been looking into cosmetics to maybe tweak a few things and try reach the maximum possible looks.

Ive looked around for before and after videos and pics, and ive been seeing them look increasingly more gay after the procedure.

They all look like the typical, white, UK celebrity after their prime.

Why is this? Is this just because of their procedure, or how they've done it. Looking to get infra orbital rim implants first, as ive got genetic eyebags. But I dont want to look like im gay.

pretty sure 1st and 3rd have makeup om they look gay due to the lips and overaly gay eyebrows 2nd doesnt look gay tbh

The second one does kinda look gay. Yes 1st and 3rd do have makeup. I saw a guy getting a jaw implant he looked normal before and after he looked gay
