Any good recommendations for drugs that can give less brainfog? I have been actively looksmaxxing for 4 months but struggle with structuring my day for it, how do you avoid burnout? Also how do you structure information versus application?

Currently studying engineering, with pretty average IQ. So mentally I'm drained 24/7, also why I ask for brain enhancers.

Then why did you say when looksmaxxing lmao. You shouldnt be experiencing burnout by doing anything, what could you possibly do to experience burnout

I just mentioned it for context since it’s relevant to the site. The difference I’m pointing at is that looksmaxxing isn’t really something you sit down and do, it’s more like something that runs in the background all day.
For example, when I’m solving engineering problems, I’m genuinely interested in the math, so motivation isn’t an issue. It’s also structured, I can start, focus, and then stop, which makes it easy to manage mentally.
Looksmaxxing is different. It’s not just one thing, it’s diet, grooming, posture, how you present yourself, and constantly evaluating how you look. There’s no real off switch. So even if none of it is difficult on its own, it builds into a constant mental load over time.
That’s where the burnout comes from, not intensity, but the fact that it’s always on.

Ok that makes more sense. Trust me when you get into a routine of eating well and posture it will become second nature and you wont think about it
