How do you avoid Genioplasty making chin long and narrow from front?

Most people I notice chin philtrum ratio get worse chin gets more narrow from front and longer lower 3rd. I think avoiding vertical work when it’s not needed and opting for a wider cut will help but idk. Btw I just found a surgeon that has crazy results and that works with Giant who quoted me 3.5kusd for genio everything included even hotel.

it can thats why its important to get a higher cut or i'm not sure the wording but like this is an example. This went viral on here for being a big genio but from the front it looks like shit you can see it being narrow from side from front prolly looks worse they need to do high suture or high cut im not sure on the wording also sometimes widening or ccw rotation

I had a consult with and he didnt say that. He said he'd shorten my chin height a bit during my genioplasty and give me the projection I need.
