How do you avoid the collapsed of your maxilla?

Recently I saw my maxilla look a lil different it look a lil more backwards a bit

Fix my posture and my tounge during sleep and trained my neck a bit while also chew on my pre molars and it went back to I think as it used to again

I wouldn't want the collapsed of my maxilla to happen again so I want to ask how do you avoid a collapsed/recessed maxilla
