How do you balance having a long-term girlfriend and huge work commitments?

It's something I need to think about since I want to find a wife while working for frankly long hours including possibly the weekend if they call me to do so.

This year I also have to study for speciality exams.

I also don't live in a major city. The closest major city to me is London which is an hour and a half by train, and most ethnic women in the South East are there (the pool is bigger).

However the pretty women, even ethnic pretty women, in London are 6'5 investment banker Rugby chad or death.

Most women in my workplace are either taken, not my type or are too busy swooning over the two muscular 6'2 HTN/Chadlite white lads who I work with. These two lads already have a high laycount and brag about women they slept with.

It's more ideal that I meet her organically. Dating apps including Muzz tend to have a lot of mid women, including the ones that like me. (I'm looking for a woman with specific values that's still pretty.) I can fall back with an arranged marriage if I can't find what I want, but I would rather meet her organically through friends and networking.
