you really jus wanna let your first impression come out with words. try to be more positive when hearing that typa shit. if you really need to, try teaching yourself to blurt these by writing them down and really trying to say them and vary them. tbh i used to have heavy speech patterns coz of my stutter and forcing myself to have a half dozen of words for diff situations really helped me be more social
