Idk I used to be so much more nt and now ever since I got so depressed like idk what to say in convos or do anything like Im so subconscious of everysingle word I say and I overthink stuff so much and idk how t9 help my brain fog and it’s so bad like my brain fog is actually so fucking bad

u most probably is using u phone asf, how much is u scream time, recomend to read more, and pracitice convos, worked to me tbh

what kind of advice u want, and if u know that u are awkward, is getting better, try to speaking with people without saying shit, thinking before saying smth, but not overthinking) speak with u self in the mirror is good tbh

Idk I just want to be more creative but not like a fucking nerd like idk like maybe bc of not going out as much bc of my injury and depression it made me more awkward and more selfawar of every single thing that I did and like I used to be so much more creative

twin. watch some YouTube videos. start going out in public like the mall and ask where some places are. even if u already know. eventually you'll build up confidence and start interacting with people at school and stuff. I hope u have at least a few friends. good luck bro I hope for the best

What is happening is your brain is stuck in rigid negative thought patterns and your default mode network in your brain is hyperactive and rigid, repeatedly firing the same rumination loops about social performance and negative thoughts. This is common for people with anxiety and depression, I've been through some of it. The network in your brain I just mentioned handles internally focused cognition and when it becomes hyperactive it leads to you not focusing on the real world and being on idle mode and having anxious and negative thoughts.

The solution isn't going to be prescribed medication because that is just a band aid, it doesn't fix the deep neural pathways your brain has been using to which make your negative and anxious thoughts worse.

You need something that will allow you to break free of those anxious and negative thought patterns that your brain has been using, because your brain is internally wired to use those neural pathways when it's not supposed to. So you essentially need something that will rewire your brain's old habits and neural pathways, which not many things are capable of doing that, other than the solution that I will propose to you, which is psilocybin (magic mushrooms)

It can help but its nowhere near as strong as psilocybin, the effects are more gradual and weaker and might not be enough to make brain changes. The worse the depression/anxiety is, you would need something stronger which is why I suggested psilocybin. So far I have done a a microdose to familiarize myself with the effects but I am doing a full therapeutic dose (2gs) this weekend and after that I'll make a thread, but I strongly suggest to start as soon as possible so you don't feel like shit anymore and your life will become actually better, so you should buy mushrooms. There's obviously other things you need to know about before you take it and after so just dm me for guidance when you will do it

i used to quite extroverted and had pretty decent social skills until recenently when i just lost all of them.

u need to read classical books, they make u view perspectives of diverse people, not bullshits like tkk, talk more praciticing it, if u dont do that u do not get good at speaking

U will get flamed so did I its only natural but when u say something stupid think about it and think of what u should of said / what u shouldn't of said the more u speak to people the more natural it becomes I still get anxious till this day but once u push past that initial anxiety it becomes easy from there
