Acting and improvisation classes - you learn how to play a character, then you keep yourself into that character, acting and talking like he would in whatever situations appear.
Do that for long enough and you eventually become just like the guy you are playing, it's not uncommon for television actors who play the same character for many years to eventually become just like the person they are playing.

Yes, it's also a good way to meet new girls, many of those who go to acting classes tend to be quite promiscuous, lots of them are from broken families, raised by single mothers, they have dreams of become big and famous and are quite narcissistic, if you know how to handle them you could score pretty easily, if there's one activity club you should go for picking girls then acting classes, amateur theater troupes,etc. are your best bet - forget about gyms, dance classes, yoga, etc...
