For me to bulk at my height I need to eat 2700 calories how tf do people do that and how do they have the time? I would need to have 4 meals in a day to eat all of that which is insane and The time it will take in the kitchen to cook all of that lol genuinely am I missing something How do people do this. Can you put on muscles without doing all of this?
