For me to bulk at my height I need to eat 2700 calories how tf do people do that and how do they have the time? I would need to have 4 meals in a day to eat all of that which is insane and The time it will take in the kitchen to cook all of that lol genuinely am I missing something How do people do this. Can you put on muscles without doing all of this?

3.5k a day and I eat the same simpe 5 meals on repeat

Just make big batches

I eat 3000cals a day at 5 11 for a 250cal surplus you probally burn more than you think

Maintenance is a weird concept cause yeah you need more calories as you accrue more muscle but you increase cals so slowly it’ll be fine to be at maintenance.

Calories aren’t a growth stimulus

Do you cook meals for a week?
Nah. Im neet rn so I make them all except chicken n rice on the spot cause i got like infinite time

Most of them are made under 3 minutes though except the oatmeal because theyre all really simple

I do primal bulking by loading myself with a shitton of very dense, nourishing foods.
Raw butter, raw cream, raw eggs, raw cheeses, raw meat, and raw dairy are the bases.

I’ll have fruit, honey, and juices on the side, always paired with fat. Ice cream occasionally, as long as it buffered with extra egg yolks. I don’t even go to the gym anymore, yet I’m heavier than I was when I trained, and I don’t look worse, not fat or bloated either.
I actually look more solid and balanced just from eating properly.

I’ll never get guys like you who struggle putting on weight

Meanwhile I am in almost a daily 1k calorie deficit and the weight won’t fall off. I burn around 1.2-2k calories via moving every day and only eat 2-2.5k calories a day 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Bulking is easy… simply eat 2.5 calories a day which is fucking easy as piss to do just eat 2-3 meals and your already there. eat breakfast

East at 3-5pm

Then eat before bed

There easy 3k

So far I had 3 waffles scrambled eggs (3 eggs) 4 slices of low calorie 55 G toast, 4 bacon slices (80G) and then some honey (2Ts)

Around 1.6k calories that is alone and that’s one meal… ONE MEAL. Have a lighter one maybe 200g rice and stew 400g and that’ll be around 6-700 calories and you’ll be gud

Crazy how easy it is. I’ve eaten 2 meals today and gotten 2.4-5k off that alone (no drinks cos I only drink diet drinks)

Way better than the pasteurised crap, it's night and day. Raw butter and raw cream are the 2 best things I've ever tasted in my life by far, incredibly rich in terms of flavour and texture.
And I don't work out anymore, though I used to go to the gym for 5+ years straight.

Because before, most of my size was due to stress, water, and training-induced inflation. Now it’s actual tissue and fat from nutrition.
I stopped burning it off, and my body finally started storing it.

Not consuming calories is harder because not eating == no dopamine. So it’s easier to get “fat” than lean that’s why the fitness an weight loss industry are multi trillion dollar industries

Eating is more enjoyable than not eating most people’s body weight including young people as now even most young people are overweight, agree with this fact.

Weirdos like OP are in the extreme minority that struggle to put on weight because they lack dopamine from food, if food gave me no dopamine I’d also be lean but for me and most of humanity this simply isn’t the case.

I’ve been dieting since November anyways and can say I’ve lost 8KG so far. I eat clean and even eating clean I still easily reach 2.4k without any effort, I have to TRY to not eat beyond 2k which is a nightmare and also means every drink has to be those 0 calorie alternatives and even then it’s easy.

Meanwhile my mum is lean asf but only eats once a day and some days she forgets to do even that :lul:

If you eat carnivore then you shouldn’t really be that fat unless your one of those idiot ones that eat entire packs of butter :forcedsmile:

Protein is satiating and so is fat so 2k calories of pure protein and fat should keep you completely full in like 2-3 meals and I’m somebody who has a very big appetite a 18 inch pizza won’t keep me going if I wanna eat more I’ll do it level shit

Plain white sugar for calories/carbs protien chicken protien shakes and protien yogurt ez

People also have differing grehlin and leptin sensitivity and secretion so people like your mom just don’t get as hungry as you do.

I’ve fucked with my grehlin and leptin a lot through the use of THC (and subsequent withdrawal), Reta, and amphetamines.

You can learn and tweak your bodies reaction to food.

Well of course, you can't have your cake and eat it too. Or use steroids but you still need to eat a good surplus. Carbs help you reach the caloric goal you set because they are the richest in terms of energy.

I used to do crazy crash dieting back in 2024 and I lost a lot of weight within 3 months I went from 110KG to 85🤣 just from starving myself mainly I couldn’t even sleep for more than 4hrs a night I was that hungry.

Yeah I ain’t doing that again, funny enough my longest fast was in preparation to meet a stacylite who flaked on me but we had great chemistry before she fucking betrayed me due to non NT which is why I say non NT is as bad as being ugly because once girls sniff it out even if it’s not obvious like mine your cooked

So non NT is a - 4 smv points
