i really can't think of myself being low inhib enough to start cold approaching women at random irl, maybe after getting more muscular and faking my height to 5'11-6' I might start cold approaching

Do it with no mind. Just go up to people and start talking. Forget about goals and make it a point to never think about anything before you say it when you do this. Deny yourself the ability to care. You'll can get better/more comfortable at holding that frame of mind when talking to people if you're willing to just stand there and stare people down despite extreme awkwardness a few times if need be.

-try to be laid back and not too serious
-be funny but not in a clownish way

Cold approach is still mostly cope with Tinder and Instagram, better to go to a bar or just a social setting with alcohol.
