It just has to be natural, imagine that you knew that person for 10 years and forget that it's a stranger. Talk about the weather, about a common interest,or if yall are in a some type of concert or event talk about it, say anything, absolutely anything. Nothing looks cringe if u make it like it isn't. And remember,if something goes wrong,they will forget about it after maybe an hour,cause nobody cares about someone's problems more than theirs.
If the first time wasn't the best, remember what went wrong and improve it for the second time!

you need to charisma max. start the convo off with a question like “where is the nearest ___?” even though you may already know where it is it doesn’t matter. You could also compliment them in a way but nothing too* basic i.e your eyes are pretty, compliment what they are wearing and you can follow up that convo with where they shop etc. Just keep a convo going at first. Then when you are about to leave ask for their socials or contacts.

You should also not approach woman from behind your probably going to scare them. Try approach if they’re headed your direction or walk beside them if your walking the same direction.

I personally recommend asking a question because its guaranteed that they will answer as it comes off as innocent.Don’t try none of those corny pick up lines too.

"Hello, I find you pretty, can I have your socials?" . This is fast bullet test, if she is into you, she will give you her socials and you can continue the conversation with classical "where are you from", "do you study here?" etc... Conversation should not be long and too personal. After that, arrange a meeting and if she accepts , its basically win for you. If she does not find you appealing, she will dodge and you can go iterate that on another woman. Also try to tell yourself that you have known this person for years, it helps not looking fragile and scared. Good posture is a must and smiley face while saying it.
